Shipping policy

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are currently included in our product prices, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery We ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. Royal Mail delays or adverse weather).

Tracking Our standard shipping does not include order tracking. If you have concerns about your delivery, please allow up to 10 working days from your dispatch confirmation before getting in touch.

UK Only We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
